4. Cry or Fight?

This lesson demonstrates the way in which our emotional expression is limited by societal constructs of gender, and how harmful this can be. By understanding what these social constructs are, and what the consequences of them can be, this lesson seeks to inspire young people to come to terms with their emotions and find healthy ways to channel them.
